Control Numbers Report

This sections shows you how to print the report that includes the completed returns for the tax year. The report is no longer required by Hacienda. However, you can print it to see how control numbers were assigned to each company.

You can also see control numbers assigned to a company by accessing Annual tab on the Companies module.

1. From the Print/Preview menu, select Informative (480s).
2. On the Print 480's window, click the button located at the bottom of the screen. The Confirm print pop-up window appears.

You can only print the control number report only after returns are marked Complete.

3. Click OK to print or Cancel to exit.
4. Continue on the 480.6B.1 Report section.
