A. Check for the newest version of the application

1. Click Help | About to check if you have installed the most recent version of PRTax. The situation you are experiencing might have been corrected in a newer version.

• The blue box in the middle of the window displays the version you are currently running.

2. Go to www.prsoft.com and scroll down to the bottom of the home page to see the latest version of the application.

3. To download it, click the link. On the next page, click the link corresponding to the new version and follow the prompts.

• Review the Frequently Asked Questions section of this help system.Check if there is a solution for your situation.

If your situation is not solved by doing any of the above suggestions, please contact us, preferably by email.
