Adding a Company

Follow these steps to learn how to add a company in PRPay.

  1. Select Companies from the Data Entry menu. The Companies window will appear.
  1. To add a company click the Add button from the toolbar or select File > New Company.

  1. On the Information tab, the Company field becomes yellow, allowing you to enter information. You may navigate this screen with the tab key.

 

 

  1. To continue entering information related to this company, complete all the required fields in the Information tab.
  2. Then, click on each of the following tabs to continue entering all the necessary information.
  1. Click the save button to save changes.

Repeat these steps to enter as many companies as you wish.

  1. To quit the process of adding a company, click the Abandon button located on the toolbar. All the information entered will be deleted unless it had been previously saved (if you clicked ).
